This show at the Community Arts Council gallery features work less than 12”x12″x12″ by members. I saw an intriguing variety of work when I dropped mine off.
My smalll expressions feature salmon both leaving and coming home. I tried out bright breeding colors against an antique linen. In this one, “Coming Home” I free handed the topographic contours from a local map and drew on imaginary parcel lines and houses. “Narrow Escape” is a test piece for the larger piece “Release” – seen last Fall in the Sidney Fine Arts show.
